This is by far one of the worst on-line sellers I have ever encountered. Yes, things go wrong. But it's how a company handles their errors-- and yes, it was completely their error. They sent me the wrong order. They admitted it, but insulted me and said they'd told me to return the wrong items when they hadn't. Their customer service answering system will put you on hold for forever and it takes a long time for them to answer e-mail. I wanted to talk with s supervisor who then went off duty when I was waiting to speak to her. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
