Item was as described in it\u0027s own secure box, sealed and was Made in Japan as mentioned on web-page (was very important to me, German or Japanese quality when dealing in optics). Price was very fair comparably! I know they did get a lot of bad reviews at \u0027reseller\u0027 & maybe there was reason to. But my experience has been good in this case. Had to enquire once on the status of the order on a sunday evening. Monday morning itself they responded. (Quick communication!) Tuesday they notified us they had shipped the item (with tracking# of course) from NJ which we received by Thursday at NC via UPS, safe and sound - in 2 days. The item was securely double boxed and sealed thoroughly. We were very impressed, did send them a thank-you note. One of the reasons we mentioned all this is because on some sites we read that they didn\u0027t respond to emails and that they could be rude! It may have been true - but what we wanted to say was that when people do perform as they should or better, that also should be noted and mentioned, not just the bad experiences alone.
