NewEgg is my favorite site for all my computer and electronics needs.
First of all their prices are extremely competitive. Sometimes I can find items cheaper on other sites, but it is never by a lot.
Second, all the products that I buy at NewEgg are of highest quality. Maybe it's just luck, but I have never had an opportunity to use their RMA service.
Third, don't believe their 4-9 business day value shipping. I always pick it (most of the time it's free) and never get my products later then 2nd business day (I do live in Connecticut which is pretty close to one of their larger warehouses in NJ). Most of the time its here the next day!
Fourth, their customer service is GREAT! One of my pre-orders got cancelled recently because I didn't update my credit card information, and I was standing to lose the $ 10 coupon that I've used. I contacted my customer service, and they apologized for misunderstanding (even though it was my fault, I didn't update the credit card info) and promised to honor the coupon. Every time I contacted them, they responded within an hour.
I would definitely buy again from NewEgg and I highly recommend them!
