OK here is an update:
I did some digging and found out what is going on at Vigor. Apparently all of the employees left the company at the end of January due to problems with the executive team.
So, all of the employees that were responsible for the great customer service and quality that Vigor gained a reputation for over the past 3-4 years on this website and others cut off all association with the company at the end of January.
Also, I spoke with Chuck, who was a customer service guy at Vigor and he said that some of the old employees are going to set up a site to help customers of Vigor Gaming because they are so angry over what happened.
I told Chuck to please keep in contact with me and give me updates on that. The old Vigor employees seem genuinely nice and concerned about all of the customers that they know have been getting ***** by Vigor.
