“We're sorry for the problem caused. Unfortunately the manufacturer raised the price of this particular item. In hind site we should have just kept the price where it was and accepted the loss. This will not happen again. Despite our mistake this review is overly critical and rated us in categories which do not apply. We immediately notified the customer of the problem and refunded their money within 24 hours. (This all took place within 24 hours of the order being placed.) Our communication was prompt and courteous. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
