I made a phone call and described my problem and what I thought I needed. They advised that I do something different, which wound up costing quite a bit less. I really appreciated that; their assistance put me at ease about what I was purchasing being what I needed.<br><br>Items have arrived well-packed and in three working days from the store in Chicago to my home in Northern California.<br><br>The merchandise I\u0027ve gotten has been brand new, and performed perfectly upon being turned on.
