They rejected to take the responsibilities for the problems they did!!!
I ordered an Ionic Breeze Quadra Silent Air Purifier through in August 2004. And unfortunately, the product defected in Jan, 2005. I called then and asked for a RMA. Then the horrible nightmare just begins. They shipped my RMA back on 3/11/2005 to where I moved out. So I called them up to update the address in Arizona, and they said they will send it to me again. (So far so good). I had waited for two weeks and nothing came to my front door. I called them up again to find out the status of that RMA. They told me that they shipped it out to New Jersey!? How could that happen? I called them up again. THEY BLAMED ME ON CHANGING ADDRESSES AND NOT INTENT TO DO ANY INVESTIGATIONS!? They just told me to contact with UPS myself. Today 4/30/2005, I am still dealing with them my Air Purifier!!! Can you believe it that what SharperImage did to its customers?! BE WARE!!
