One more time I've learned "if it's too good to be true", then usually it's horrible. Ordered what I thought was a great deal on a camera accessory in March. They immediately charged my card without an email confirming shipment. When I contacted them, I was told they are still waiting for the item to come from overseas. Waited about 4 weeks...still no product. Finally at the end of May I requested a refund and was told to wait 7-14 business days. Here it is the end of June, with many promises, many explanations, and still no refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had with ordering something online. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.
