Ever since Rakuten Shopping took over Buy.com is worthless.<br><br>Today I got an email for a faucet that was priced just reasonably enough for me to buy it. It was being sold through a 3rd party but I decided I'd give it a shot. My last order was 9 months ago. After Rakuten came in, selection and price just never seemed to measure up.<br><br>So within 5 minutes of getting their promotional email, I clicked the add to cart button and was immediately told there weren't any more faucets available. Weird... I didn't realize faucet demand was that high. So I just did a quick search and found the SAME seller selling the faucet through eBay for $30 more but with more than 800 available.<br><br>Not getting it from Buy.com\/Rakuten was probably a blessing in disguise. Your credit card is automatically processed when you place the order regardless of accurate stock reporting. When you ask for a refund, it can take 2-10 days. Weird since charging it takes seconds.<br><br>They offered to make things right and I asked for a 10% discount. They said they couldn\u0027t do it because it would be below cost but they could offer a 5% discount. It\u0027s a great idea with really poor execution. It takes them 6 business days to process each payment even though the money is clearly deducted from your account in 1-2 days.<br><br>After paying off all 4 guns at once, only 3 were shipped. 3 days later, they haven\u0027t responded to two inquiries about the missing item and haven\u0027t shipped it either. So they have my money and I don\u0027t have a gun. <br><br>Guns were paid for on 7\/16 but 3 of the 4 didn\u0027t ship until 7\/25.<br><br>BUYER BEWARE.
