Bought a new replacement screen for a customer's Acer Aspire. They were a few dollars cheaper than the rest on Ebay, so I went with them. When I installed it and turned it on, there was a crack. Probably the idiot Post Office's handling methods as there was stellar padding. (I give the Post Office 40 hours a week of my time.) I snapped a photo or two and sent it to them.
"Is this the screen you bought from us?"
"Why yes it is."
Pow! Sent me another one just like that. Fast shipping too. Didn't even have to pay to send the broken one back. Best customer service experience I've ever had on Ebay. Will be doing business with them in the future.
