I ordered a new hard drive from Newegg, but when I got it, it was defective. They took it back and sent me out a new one right away. I've had nothing but 5 star service from them on everything I ordered from them. From now on I will be using them for ALL my computer purchases! Thanks Newegg!! AAA+++
