Shopper's nightmare. I ordered a Continuous Ink System for my Brother MFC-885CW. First, order didn't show for 2 weeks. When it came, it had no instructions. Their website wasn't working so I couldn't download them. (turns out they didn't have these instructions posted on their site anyway). They emailed instructions. Then I found their cartridges are not the exact size of OEM cartridges, so you have to push EXTREMELY hard to get it to fit. Did I mention the ink supply tube leak that got ink all over the printer inside? Then air bubbles in the cartridges prevented cartridges from being sensed by printer. So they had to send me a syringe to get the air out. This requires getting ink on your hands as you remove and reinsert the cartridge plugs. Air out, printer still had difficult time registering cartridges. Ink one moment is sensed as full, next moment it is empty. Wasted hours ofmy life trying to troubleshoot. Never got it working. Am going to ask for refund. Wish me luck. Poor Chinese quality here. And I've been without a working printer for 2 weeks.
