I got a open and contaminated bag of treats in the mail from them! Takes them two weeks to respond to me to let me know I need to call yet another number to get this sorted out. Probably would be faster to hit up the Better Business Bearu if you have issues with this retailer. AVOID ENTIRELYPETS.COM.
