Without a doubt,this is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with! I have placed 4 orders with them. Two of the orders were fine and the other two came addressed to the attention of my neighbor 2 houses away. I have contacted customer service more times than I have placed orders telling them to correct this and they do absolutely nothing about it. Just yesterday my neighbor called me to tell me that something I ordered weeks ago is out of stock. How did he know? He received a postcard from ABC! Our names are in no way similar; yet because we live on the same street our 2 accounts are tangled in their system. I wouldn't advise anyone to become a customer of theirs because if they already have a customer on your street (as happened in my case) your account will be confused with that other one they already have and they will never straighten it out no matter how many times you explain their mistake to them. Customer service? Forget it! There is none! What a messed up company! Save yourself the aggravation and buy elsewhere!!
