I am so pleased with the customer service at Reliance Lighting. We bought lights for our entire house from them. The website is so user friendly. Every time I made a call in to them, I spoke with an actual person on the phone. I am just super impressed that they go to the lengths they do to follow through and provide reliable service. Having had our whole home remodeled, I am no stranger to one lousy company after another. You just get to expecting a hassle after awhile, expecting a mix-up or error.
I didn't have one issue with my order. I had a two items broken upon delivery, and they promptly replaced them with a very cool "Returns & Replacement" feature on their website.
I would definitely refer this company and order from them again.
