My first order never arrived after months of waiting. Nicholas in Sales was quick to respond to an email (~3 days) and said all out-of-stock items were being shipped out. Despite better judgement, I put in another order because I really want that sticker (even though the first was never resolved). I was billed for both orders, and I have never received a notification of shipment.

I purchased water cooling supplies from FrozenCPU (a CPU water block and a chipset water block). Their prices were reasonable for said items, yet they were not available at many places. Water cooling is a bit more of a niche market, so I had expected to pay at, or higher than, MSRP, but I was surprised to find that they were equal or less than it.

Unfortunately, an employee had packed the incorrect chipset water block at the warehouse. To be more specific, he mixed up the MAZE4 chipset water block with the MAZE4 GPU water block, and I can see how it could have happened. However, the funny part is that after emailing support and requesting the correct model, the new one arrived the same day as the other products I had purchased from other online stores the same day. So, by shipping and processing same-day, FrozenCPU had a lead on other "name-brand" websites. FrozenCPU also sent me a pre-paid UPS ground shipping label to send the wrong water block back to them.

Overall, I am very satisfied with FrozenCPU, and I plan to go back whenever I need a specialty item (such as water cooling), that other reputable online stores do not sell.
