I ordered several items from mwave for will call pick up but when I got there the lady behind the desk told me two of my items was out of stock even though it still showed in stock online. So she told me I had to come back a week later to pick up the remaining items which sucked because I had to pay the $5 pick up fee. So I only go to mwave if I absolutely need an item the same day otherwise it a lot easier to have it shipped.

I have shopped at a few airsoft sites and Airsoft GI seems to be one of the more professional airsoft retailers out there. There site is easy to navigate and there are lots of great video reviews by Tim. I have bought from them a few times last year and they shipped out my order pretty quickly so I don’t know what all the complaint is about, probably cause those negative reviewers ordered during the holiday season which tend to take them longer to ship, but that’s expected. Anyways I would just like to say that they have pretty good customer service when I called and talked to Tyler about getting a CQB gun for an upcoming game. I told him about the requirements of my upcoming game and my budget and he was able to recommend a nice KWA M4 2GX for me. That kind of product knowledge is hard to come by with other airsoft retailers.

I have been a ordering from newegg since 2004 and their shipping has always been super fast. I have ordered computer component that have been delivered next day even though I used free standard shipping. Their customer service is very nice and helpful, getting price matches was pretty easy. Overall Newegg is one of the top online computer retailers out there.
