Non-existant customer service. I paid for a camera that NEVER arrived, repeatedly sent requests to Woot and all I got was a complaint number! They wouldn't even track the darn package! Finally I contacted my bank and asked that the charges be reversed because I got NO action whatsoever from Woot! The most amazing thing is that I discovered their home office is about 12 miles from my house, but almost TWO WEEKS went by and I still did not have what I paid for!
