I\u0027ve had several DVD\u0027s \u0022lost\u0022 (i.e., I mailed them but they were never checked in) and, despite putting in service tickets via the website, haven\u0027t had any satisfaction from Customer Service. There\u0027s no way the USPS is losing that many DVDs.
