William at Puget Systems did an amazing job matching my needs to a custom configuration I had sent him as a possible option. He actually steered me away from unnecessary equipment and the configuration he sent back was a bit cheaper than the one I had originally submitted for review. Having been in sales, I know that honesty is always the best policy and that smart customers are willing to pay a little more in the end if they're confident not only in the equipment they are buying but also in the folks they're dealing with. After submission, my order went smoothly with updates on its progress and an open line of communication with William who was more than willing to answer any questions I had.
The system is now up and running and it's everything I wanted along with the peace of mind that any support I might need is a phone call/email away at Puget. Everything you read about this company being old school in that the customer comes first and that they aren't after the big bottom line is true. I actually spent quite a bit more than originally planned because of the trust William established and the solid reputation they carried there.
