Do not order from Opentip! It may seem like a good deal, but you will pay in the end. I ordered a DVR camera from them. The one that arrived was a cheap, chinese WEBCAM, which did not include some of the key features I needed. On top of that, it didn't even work! When I emailed customer service, I explained all of this and requested an RMA# to return it. Their response was that I was probably not using it correctly! I sent them a stern email, including a screen capture of THEIR webpage with the false information and again asking for an RMA. They sent me one, but charged me a 20% restocking fee!!
I returned the camera over a month ago, and they have not refunded my money. I have called and emailed them four times. They always say the same thing, "We'll check with the warehouse and get back to you." I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
