I purchased a christmas gift, home theather system, got it it had a hole in the speaker... thats cool we were told to return and get the same product. Called to follow up on my return and was told that they were out of stock and would have to wait... again thats cool, they offered refund, i said no because I want the product, he said might take a month. I then days later get an email about an upgrade instead of waiting... awesome, and told to call April, so i do for 3 days.... after 2 days I ask if anyone else can help they said no. I call April day 3... and say i would like the upgrade, she says sorry all out... I told her then I will wait for more to come in.... she says we gave you a REFUND, I told her I didnt ask for one and that I would like them to take the money back so when they get more product in they will send to me....she said sorry cant... her attitude was careless. I see so many positive reviews and am upset about not having a similar experience and now someone is out of a christmas gift. I asked for our old one back and they said cant give to us. I feel that she didnt try at all to accommodate, she just kept saying sorry sorry sorry nothing nothing can do with no care in her voice. it makes you think how many products they sold that were damaged that they had to provide refunds to so many people..... never buying from there again.
