This review is written as a special acknowledgement of US Mattress staff member, Brian, in customer service. Though the mattress set I purchased unfortunately had manufacturing problems - pillow top way too small for the queen size mattress (making it appear more like a full size mattress for the sleeping surface) and the strong fumes emitted from the mattress set caused bad asthmatic episodes for the 4x I slept on the set - Brian was excellent in assisting me with identification of the problems. He took my concerns very seriously and made sure to consult with his colleague/ supervisor to make sure I could be provided with the best service possible. In the end, the decision was made with great professionalism for the set to be returned. I cannot say enough about Brian's great customer relations, professional attitude and
clear emphasis on customer service beyond selling a product. My personal thanks to you Brian. You reflect well on your company!
