Customer service is helpful, but getting my order has been a nightmare. I made my order on March 13th and it has not been processed yet (today is March 28th). First, I never received any emails, messages or contact from the store regarding my purchase. I had to call the store (I Live in Costa Rica) to find out what was going on. After spending a few minutes with a representative (very polite and well mannered), I was told my order was on hold and that I needed to submit copies of my credit card and ID, which I completely understood. So I sent the documents, but got no answer. After two days waiting, I decided to contact the store again, and tell them I was ready to dispute all charges and forget about the order. A few hours later, I received an email saying my order was about to be processed, however, I’m still waiting for a confirmation or tracking number. While these guys have been very polite and helpful, I think this is the first and last time I buy something from them. In more than 10 years, I never experienced any problems with B&H, Adorama, Beach Camera, EBay or Amazon, so I simply see no reason or benefit in buying stuff from KEH.com.
