DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! purchased 2 power adapaters for myself and 1 for my mother as a present. I placed two orders one for myself and one for her. The next thing i knew I get an e-mail from the company accusing me of fraud containing the following language: "Your payment of (US) $12.95 by credit card was rejected. Overseas Best Buy, Inc. Double orders to different shipping addresses are encoutered by our fraud department as fradulent activity. Therefore neither or your orders could be accepted by our system." I called the company immediately and was transferred to Mr. Manoj Tantuwaya, president of the company, who accused me of being a fraud over the phone. I politely explained that what the orders were for, since my mother and i will be both travelling this holiday season I believed that the power adapter would be a nice surprise. He refused to believe me and raised his voice and was downright rude. This is no way to run a company. His treatment of me as a customer was downright abusive!
