Ordered 2 "in stock" items. 3 days later got email saying items may be shipped in 3 more days.
Canceled order on tele, lady only asked order #, no name or other verification. If she slipped a digit what did I cancel for who? Store cancellation policy is I still pay $10 or 7% whichever plus shipping for product not shipped.
