VERY good company. I bought a big assortment of parts from them, and everything arrived fast and in perfect condition, just as described. I ordered Friday .. and I got it MONDAY! I didn't even pay for any special shipping. THAT is impressive.

I'll definitely be looking into these guys again when I buy the parts for my new machine.

These people are very bad news. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective.

Their staff is rude and utterly obnoxious. They won't lift a finger to help. When I last went into one of their locations (I've visitied 2), 2 staff members ignored me entirely when I asked for their help. They just pretended I wasn't speaking.

These people are REALLY bad news. Go to Tech.E's, NewEgg.com, Directron.com or ComputerGeeks.com .. avoid these bastards. They are not worthy of your business or time.

I've never seen a company with worse shipping or communication than this one. It took 40 e-mails and a visit to their forums to get a reply. They deleted all my posts, ignored my e-mails, and didn't say a word to me until I threatened to sue them for fraud.

It took over a month and a half to get a product I ordered from these people. Avoid them, they're bad news. Very bad news.
