Delivery was fast. But then it all fell apart when I need a copy of the receipt to get the camera serviced. I called and the rep asked for my phone number and said they would mail it to me. Well, 2 weeks later no receipt. I started calling again on 8/22 then they said they would fax it that day..NO FAX CAME. I called back again on 8/23 same story, they would fax it that day..AGAIN NO FAX. Then I called back on 8/24, again, same old story and again no fax. On 8/25 I called again and now they start hanging up on me or putting me thru to a voiceless voice mail box. They even stopped answering the phone. OH Yes and each time I called I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. On 8/26 I then got bold, I cut and pasted about 20 bad reviews into an email and I told them how I was going to contact every TV News channel that had a consumer complaint division and the BBB and guess what!!!!! My receipt was then sent by fax......But the crazy thing was that they emailed me back and told me that when I contact the TV News stations and the BBB to make sure I told them I gave them the wrong date and they couldn't find my information. I told them December 2 (the day my card was billed) but I called in November 30. Who would remember such minute information.
