I ordered a 3TB seagate 7200RPM hard drive as part of a home server computer to be built for my family for Christmas. After looking over all of the day after thanksgiving sales ads I decided that Office Depot had the best deal. I was originally surprised because it was going to take 3 weeks to ship. All the other components also ordered online were going to arrive within 1 week. Two months later it still had not arrived. The "customer service" representative had no more access to information than I did on the website and was absolutely worthless. She offered to send an e-mail to have the situation "investigated" 1 week later I was told that the item was on back order and there was no ETA. Great why couldn't I have gotten that information 2 months ago? In addition the item is still available for order not labeled backordered on thier website!!! My options were to wait or cancel. Great ones. Not only had I been waiting 2 months but I also missed out on the great day after thanksgiving sales from other retailers. So I cancelled and will never order from them or visit their stores again.
