Scott, the guy who replied from High Speed PC replied back in 10 minutes. I still finished installing what I could, then realized that my Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB drive wouldn\u0027t fit in the HDD Rails because it was too thick. There was only four 1\/2\u0022 spacers, but probably needed 1 and 1\/2\u0022 spacers to make it fit in the Hdd Rails.<br> <br>Prompt responses and I just got word that the missing and additional parts have been shipped.<br> <br>+1 for great Customer Support and a nice Tech Station. Part of my $2490.45 order was 3 8GB kits of DDR2 memory for $189 each. I opened one, realized it wouldn\u0027t fit, and put it back in the package. Although there\u0027s a $40 restocking fee, that\u0027s ok because that pays for my stupidity. Viola answered all my questions, and was prompt in her service.
