I had them shipped to FL and everything was delivered on time and as promised. I then went to order MOthers day flowers and saw all of these horrible reviews about 1800 Flowers. I really didnt want to order them becuase of the reviews and also again I was shipping to FL and this time they were sent in a box. I took a chance, since I did have great service before and ordered them. They sent emails tracking the progress and when it was delivered. My step mom loved the flowers and said everything was perfect.
