Over the course of about two weeks I called Electronic Express customer service several times about the status of my order. I got different stories about why the shipment and email notification were delayed, but I hung in there. The last call, however, was different. The rep, then her supervisor, advised that they were out of stock and none were on order. I canceled my order and received a refund.
