After over 3 months now of trying to deal with this company on a damaged product that was purchased over the internet, it's very clear that this company is dishonest in its communication. First, the product arrived very late. After a call I was told it was "on backorder" which had never been communicated. Soon after, the item, a rolling computer cart, was delivered to my home. It arrived damaged, with the surface peeling in several places. They claim that their web site was down and did not receive an e-mail. I don't believe this at all. They also have promised 4 times that UPS will come and pick up the product, but it still sits on my porch. This company, likely a family that resells things via the internet, is not an honest company.
