I was trying to order a tv from Circuit City and had so much trouble at check out. As this was a 24 deal I had to get this done tonight. I spoke with chat online for a while but they could not help me so I called in on the support line. It took a while but I was helped by the assistant, he was very understanding and stayed with me all the way offering me suggestions to get the order through. My problem was shipping costs, he made sure that he took down my email address and order number and noted on my account that I would be paying the full cost but the shipping would be deducted manually after I made the order. He gave me his extention number and told me to call back in 2 hours to make sure the deal went through. It did not go through so he placed me on hold to speak to another department. During the wait I tried a different card and thankfully the order went through!!! I thank the assistant for being patient with me and helping me to the best of his ability. I have used Circuit City many times for electrical items and have been very pleased with each and every item I have purchyased from them. Online shopping works for me as I was able to get a great deal as well as acrue points on my online shopping account, a win win situation!!! Thanks again and keep up the good work!!
