Many companies could learn from GPS City. I have purchased 4 different gps units from this company. Each time the service has been excellent. Yesterday I received another Garmin Rino that was shipped within hours of being ordered and delivered the next day as promised. Then while taking the unit out of the package I dropped the lithium ion battery breaking the plastic retaining clip off. The battery was now useless as it could not be attached to the gps correctly. I contacted GPS city by email explaining what had occurred asking if they could help me out in any way as a replacement battery with shipping and taxes would be close to 100 dollars.

I was expecting the sorry your fault answer but was pleased and surprised that GPS City was willing to replace the battery for me for only the cost of shipping. In this day and age it is refreshing to have the experience of a company that treats customers this way. I would also like to mention that I have yet to ever find a lower price than GPS city as well. I will continue to deal with this company and will not hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends.Excellent job by Jordan and the staff at GPS City Calgary
