I got a used screen for my Macbook Pro, and it\u0027s got a lot more glare than the original--not as crisp, blacks not as black, and I can\u0027t fix it through the system utility. I\u0027d ordered overnight return, but it shipped ground, and I was charged for a new screen--though they did handle that mix up really well, and promptly. Everyone I spoke with was helpful.
