BEST customer service of any company I have ever done business with. I received an item which did not fit my Mercedes ML. I spoke with Mike Kloeppel who apologized, checked my return and immediately refunded my purchase price. I was so impressed by the service I asked Mike to help me outfit my ML with a different manufacturer I ended up purchasing more products and I was happy to spend the additional money.
