I was also referred to this site by Jason Thompson after he did agree to correct conflicting information on the website. Unfortunately, that was the last of the prompt or logical customer service. I did receive the promised refunds, but only after they charged the full order price first (even for an item they couldn't ship) - not terribly bad, just really odd and a pretty poor business choice.
Though I received an e-mail stating that the shirt I ordered would not be shipped, the invoice was never corrected to show that. Worst of all, they filled the order on 7/15 but didn't have UPS pick it up until 7/21??
The jeans were received yesterday and were in good condition (and the correct size) though there was no packing slip and the box was reused and looked as if it had been through quite the battle.
I'm afraid I will not be recommending Rural King to others, they must have a lot to learn about doing business on the internet - especially actually asking customers to comment on a site that they don't bother to moniter?!?!
