Not only did they initially lose the order, but after they found it when I called, they shipped out a wrong order! When I called, I was told that they cannot and will not help me....just that I should send back the items for a refund.

I cannot remember a worse experience from an online retailer. The pictures of the products on their website are NOT the actual products!

Purchased, paid, and received a Zcover. The cover was damaged. Also it was supossed to have a belt clip, but this was missing.

I tried to contact them. I was shocked that they did not provide a telephone number anywhere to call! Their only communication is by e-mail.

After 35+ e-mails, they have totally and completely ignored me, and responded only once to my e-mail. Their response was to tell me to purchase another zcover if I did not like what I received! WOW! Unbelievable.

Every other e-mail after that was ignored. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.

WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Once again, another New York Bait and Switch Company! On the internet and when I placed the order, there was one price, but of course the e-mail and phine call that came after that bumped the price up $200.00.

They did say if I bought an extended warranty for $799.00 (HA!!! a comparible one is aboput $99) they would honor the original price!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! BUYER BEWARE!!

WHAT A RIPOFF!! DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!

I ordered a television after repeatedly being told that the product was in stock (by Jason and Jamie). When I wouldn't purchase other cables or an extended warranty, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes, and hung up on. I called back 5 times, only to be left on hold for another 20 minutes and hung up on. I called back and asked and spoke to their supervisor (Donald) who told me that the product was not in stock. I presume a lie - I called back and was told that if I purchased the extended warranty they could ship it out that day. I again later called under a different name and again was told that it was absolutely in stock! I informed Donald that I would do my best to inform the public of their underhanded and fraudlent practices, and his response was that he would see to it that I would be "BlackListed" from about 20 websites that they are affiliated with! Not once did he apologize! I wouldn't doubt that my credit card will be charged!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! BUYER BE VERY VERY AWARE!

Bait and Switch!! I ordered online. Placed item in my shopping cart. Shipping was added. I confirmed order and placed on credit card. Order accepted. They sent me confirmatory e-mail with the sale and the price. The following day I receive an e-mail asking me to call. I am told that the price "went up a bit" and the new price was $1000.00 more than the price on the site!

Absolutely the biggest bunch of crooks I have come accross in a long time! I placed an order (Samsung 67" DLP TV) on their website. Provided a credit card number.

The following day I was called (Vic x202) to tell me the price is $250.00 higher as they forgot to include insurance (the websites price clearly noted it included shipping, tax, insurance).

Furthermore the salesperson tells me that even if you do order this, at this price, it will never get shipped, as the company likes to hold this as long as possible, in order to try to get more money. The only way it would be shipped was to pay about $500.00 more! (I have this on tape!)

I called his supervisor (Scott 2005) who not only confirmed this practice (also on tape) but he also tells me that what is actually shipped has no warranty, is shipped in a non-factory box without any manuals or peripherals (also not what the website tells you!

This company should be put out of business. I can see from the ratings around here how much problems others have had. They even had the balls to charge my credit card! (I quickly had this reversed.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
