This is the WORST experience I have ever encountered in the 10+ years of building computers. I ordered the DFI UT mobo from them just to receive it damaged. After three days of emails I was finally authorized to do a RMA for it back to the manufacturer and I had to pay the shipping. Yes I had to pay the shipping. Another week passes just to be accused of breaking the transistor off myself as well as they said the heatsink was bent due to being dropped. YES they accused me of dropping the mobo but for an additional charge and two weeks later they would fix it!!! Now mind you I didn't hook one piece of hardware up to this mobo and didn't unpackage any of the pieces out of their plastic wraps. To make a long story short I finally had to go to my bank to dispute this charge and get my money back.
EDIT: Apparently this company was upset to the point they contacted me about this review. I don't know who is to blame, DFI or motherboardpro.com but I don't have the time or the patience's to be accused of this product being broken anymore. I just know that I paid $300 for a working mobo, not $300 for a broke then fixed mobo. As a consumer I have rights and my rights have been broken. I have taken my business elsewhere.
EDIT pt.2: I can now confirm that this motherboard was a used motherboard I received. Upon receiving my 2nd motherboard from another vendor I immediately noticed that it had protective film on the north bridge and south bridge unlike the one I received thru motherboardpro.com. It also had a "Easy Clear CMOS" sticker across the pcie's unlike the one from motherboardpro.com. The motherboard I ordered from motherboardpro.com came directly from DFI in California so I am sure motherbopardpro.com had nothing to do and did no know about this and it is more of a DFI problem. It is a sad situation how companies try to take advantage of the consumers and DFI being one of those companies. I just hate that motherboardpro.com got caught in the middle of this as I am sure they are a great company just DFI makes them look bad.
