Took 2 weeks to ship order. I called customer service twice. The first time I was told that the item had been out of stock and had just been shipped but no tracking number was available yet. 7 days later called customer service again and was told the delay was because it was a Jewish company and there had been a lot of holidays but the item was on its way. When I got the tracking number it had only been shipped the day before fully 6 days after the first customer service rep had said it was shipped. Never received an email saying there would be such a delay. There are plenty of good companies out there to put up with this. Will never use them again.
