Now they don't respond to any type of messages.<br>I've opened dispute and contacted PayPal support. They informed me that 45-day-limit is over to process the dispute BUT is can be processed in case if there will be a lot of disputes for this seller in near future.<br>Therefore - open disputes even if time limit is over for it!
