I have been a customer of Tiger Direct for several years. Up until this order, I had experienced only one problem with their rebate system but after six months, it was finally resolved. I was not as fortunate with this purchase. I purchased several different items manufactured by Ultra. Subsequently, the rebates were rejected because according to Tiger Direct, you are only allowed one rebate per manufacturer per order. The customer service representative went on to say that had I purchased the items on different purchase orders, they would have also rejected the rebate as you can only receive one rebate per household address per manufacturer per order. After reading through the legaleze on the bottom of the rebate forms (note that these are not available until after you purchse the item), I can see where this intrepretation comes from. Based on my experience, I will never again purchase anything from Tiger Direct, nor will I recommend them to anyone. If rebates are going to be offered, they should be offered instantenously so that you pay a reduced amount rather than be forced to play the "Rebate Lottery"...
