I've bought two systems through Xoticpc over the past year and have had extremely positive expriences both times. After the most recent purchase (an Asus G53) I checked in multiple times with livechat to ask questions about shipping, discounts, and a few upgrades. Each time the wait was less than 1 minute and the service representitives were able to take care of my requests immediately.

The system shipped very quickly - only two days after it arrived in stock (hard drives and ram had to be upgraded, also meaning the OS had to be transferred). It was in perfect condidtion, I checked the outside and inside and didn't find any fingerprints, scratches, or missing screws (always a worry when you upgrade parts).

Overall I couldn't be any happier with my experiences and will be a repeat customer when I upgrade in the future.
