Ordered 2 camera batteries non-oem but supposed to be equal to Sony oem at 1600 mah capacity.
Received them and tested them and both only held a 1250 mah charge.
Emailed Keybattery a printout of the test on July 25th, they apologized, issued an RMA and I returned the batteries.
No refund by 9/26/07, called them and they emailed apology again and said it would be sent right away.
No refund by 10/4/07, emailed again and again they replied it would be sent.
No refund, emailed them 11/12/07 and no reply.
No refund, emailed them 11/28/07 and no reply.
Put a claim in with Citibank and they are "investigating"
In my last email to them I stated:
I give up. I have contacted Citibank to reverse the charges.
You should be ashamed, misrepresenting the product and then failing to
refund as promised.
A happy customer tells 3 people, an unhappy one tells 20. Guess how many
I'll tell.
