This customers customer service is possibly the WORST i have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with. They are rude, unhelpful, impossible to get a hold of..... Did I mention rude?
I made a purchase on memorial day and chose the shipping option that would have my pc arrive within 5-10 days. A week later I was advised that there was a problem matching my billing address and to fill out a form and also sending back a picture of my credit card which I done the same day.
I heard nothing further so called a few days later to be advised they still hadn't been able to match it. I advised that I was expecting my pc within the timeframe and could I do anything to help speed up the process.
Jonah advised that he would call the bank for verbal confirmation and promised I would get a call back that day. 3 days later, several calls and emails I get an email basically nforming me there were problems and I should just cancel my order.
I called immediately and left a voicemail. After no reply I call again and get the most unhelpful person yet. He advised they don't accept my card usually. Hen I questioned why he don't list it on their website he said he do under the FAQ. I navigated to he FAQ and proved nothing was explained here. No apology was offered and he imply stated here was nothing I could do.
When I questioned why I had not been called back I was told "because we had no info so there was no point". Coming from a customer support background I couldn't imagine they haven't heard of a little thing known as keeping your customer updated on developments. A quick call/email only takes a few mins.
I asked to speak to his manager and he advised he is he manager. At this point I feel like giving up; what hope do I have of getting here issues resolved if the head manager thinks 3 days of not returning calls/emails acceptable.
I'm now left with no pc, the funds taken from my account and wasted time.
I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone based on my experience!
