Wow, I thought I was the only one that thought the customer service was completely ridiculous. I ordered a Gazebo at a fair price until I was sent a follow up email stating that I owed them an addition $12.95 on top of the already paid $24.94 shipping cost. Then I waited for days to receive my tracking information, which I never got. I got so pissed off that I started calling questioning about the tracking info. The customer service rep started acting like I was calling them for donatings, giving me the worst attitude you can imagine. I demanded to speak to the manager which made no difference.
The sad thing is that there's millions of Americans that are unemployed and would appreciate having a job, you morons at Ace super center have no appreciation for what you have and also no understanding that it is us, the customers, that keep you idiots employed! I would NEVER do business with this company or recommend it to anyone.
