I have been with them since 2006 and in the last year I have had more junk phones than I have had since I got with them the entire time. Now they are charging me over $300 for a phone that we had for less than a month, that we had to return for a completely different matter. An existing supposable oxidized charging port, cost me over $300 for a software issue. That is a ripoff.
