I have been a customer of Newegg since 2002, and in that time they have offered competitive prices, fast shipping, great customer service, the latest technologies, and easy perusing of merchandise.

I ordered my first SSDs last week - I'm not an early adopter. The price was right and I decided to take the leap. When I looked at the order status of the drives on their website I noticed that the price had dropped $20 from the day before. I emailed them regarding the price drop and whether or not I could get a credit for the price difference. They responded within a day and said that they normally do not offer, but they would be glad to this time. That is yet another reason to buy from Newegg.

I have owned Dell's, HP's, and a few IBM computers throughout my computing history. All of them have performed satisfactorily while I had them, but none of them have been, what I would call, a fantastic computer. A few months ago I decided to give the Sager brand a try, given their great reviews and great performance-to-cost ratio. I looked around on the web and found that if I were to get a barebones system then I could save close to a thousand dollars. I opted for Gen-x-pc.com and bought the 5960ke. I did have to wait a few weeks for the computer to arrive, but that is no fault of gen-x, but rather the manufacturer in Taiwan who had underestimated the demand.

I have enjoyed my new computer immensely. It is the most powerful computer that I have ever owned. It has a huge 20" screen, no dead or stuck pixels, a blazing fast tl-64 CPU, two 100gig, 7200rpm HDs, and one 7950gtx video card. I couldn't be happier with the service from gen-x and will defintely buy from them once this computer runs it's course.
