Very poor overall experience.
(1/4/05) I contacted Wells Digital based on price and location as I wanted to pickup my order and they were local to me. They assured me that the 43" LCD TV I wanted was IN STOCK and that I could pick it up in a just few days, on Friday the 7th.
Called to confirm on Thursday the 6th and could not reach ANYONE ... Waited a week and called them again on Tuesday the 11th and they assured me that I could pickup my TV on Friday the 14th.
Thursday the 13th, once again could not reach ANYONE again ... left messages, sent Emails ... no reply whatsoever.
Today is Friday the 14th (was supposed to pick up today - the second date given to pick up) and I am still unable to get through to ANYONE to confirm anything with them, and I have yet to receive any response to either voicemail or email messages left with them.
These folks ARE NOT serious about doing business and everything they say about Customer Service on their website is an OUTRIGHT LIE !!!
Please friend, Shop somewhere else, I will.
